Solar System Art

Our Solar System Art with Mrs Seddon

We are so lucky that we had the very talent Mrs Seddon in to teach us about art. We leant about warm and cold colours, different textures we can use with paint and pastels, all the while learning about the Solar System!

Thank you Mrs Seddon!

Blast off!

Daniëlle has been very busy at home making rockets and volcanos with her brother, as well as doing her online learning. Very impressive Daniëlle!

Maths Mahi

For maths we are learning to order numbers from 0-20 and count forwards and backwards from any number.

Here is Tyson showing us his awesome mahi!

Class Site

Te Putake has been learning digitally for the past 3 weeks! We have our own class site that we go to to access our learning for each week. We are doing such a fantastic job!

Huts!!

This term we are learning about huts. Today we created our own imaginary dream hut on Explain Everything.

Maz created a tree hut. The only way to get inside
is to bounce in on the tramp!

In Tia's hut she has a TV and a pool. Luxury!

Mason has animals in his hut. He has lots of rooms, a big table and a slide.

Xavier created a tree hut with a water slide!

Swimming!

Today we learnt how to kick with a board so we could stay afloat in a streamline position. We still need some practice kicking properly but we did so good! We also practised floating on our backs.

Valentines Day!

Today Te Putake published their valentines writing in beautiful cards for their loved ones.
